Our Little Tiger

I can't even tell you how excited I was when I found this tiger costume at Target. The school that we do Young Life at is the Wheaton Warrenville South Tigers!!! So, this past friday night we dressed Isaac up as a little tiger and brought him to the football game. He got rave reviews and was the star of the night. Literally the entire stands were cheering for Isaac. It was adorable!

Billy got a haircut

So...Billy the cat went to the groomer this week. He has gone before because he gets mats in his fur very easily (it is so thick and fluffy), but in the past they have always been able to comb them out. Not so this time. Thus the whole body shave. He looks like an 80's work out cat. His legs look like leg warmers. It is hilarous and very very very cute!!! (erbo...this post is mostly for you).

Personal Adds

So...things aren't going too well lately with me and the ladies. It doesn't help that my mommy keeps me with her most the time. I mean really who wants a man who is always with his mommy. Don't tell her, but I am thinking about taking out a personal add or listing something on match.com. I had a few pics taken and I need help deciding which one I should use. Let me know which you like the best. I put a few of my own thoughts under each one.
I think that this one shows that I like to have a good time. I think that it also lets the women know that I like to laugh and have a good sense of humor.

This one is a little more mysterious. It doesn't give away too much. It's kind of a sexy smile, yet also very intellegent.

This is what I like to call my "deer in the headlights" face. I've seen the ladies go crazy for this one before. It's definately not your tradtional pose...but it does the trick. I think that this one might appeal more the the artsy crowd if you know what I mean.

This is my classic smile. I think it communicates a lot about me. It lets the women know first of all that I am the real deal. It also lets them know that I'm a genuine guy who knows how to treat a woman right!

Let me know what you think...I can use all the help i can get. And once again...let's just keep this between you and me....mommy doesn't need to know.

Wedding Fun

Lauren and Patrick got MARRIED this past weekend in Hudson, OH. We are all so happy for them. It was a beautiful and very fun wedding!!

All my best college friends!! We were literally the last people left on the dancefloor and the DJ told us we were in the top five of most fun events of the summer....I'm not quite sure how to take that considering he was one of those DJs that plays the chicken dance....

My best pal Susie with her daughter Annie. Isaac told me it was love at first sight. Now we'll just have to wait about 22 years for them to get married and have babies and then Susie and I will be grandmas to the same kids...yipee!!
The Orr fam at the rehearsal dinner. Dan is trying this new way of holding Isaac where he just holds him by the neck.
First time ever on the shoulders. I guess the "neck holding" wasn't working out so well.

A Night At the Glass Bowl

This past weekend we got to go see Danny's first Purdue game vs. Toledo at the Glass Bowl. We are starting Isaac as a Purdue fan early. It was an amazing night because Danny didn't even expect to get in the game and not only did he get in, but scored a touch down.
It was worth the drive!!!

We got to chat with Danny for a bit after the game.
Isaac was such a good boy during the whole game!!!
The whole fam got decked out in Purdue Gear!
Danny right ater he came out of the game from scoring a TD.
After the game Isaac got his diaper changed in the stands....what a true fan.

Mr. Poopy Pants

This morning Isaac had an exposion in his pants. It was EVERYWHERE!!! Since he was born one of my many nicknames for him is Mr. Poopy Pants...today he really lived up to that name. One of the strangest things is that his diaper was barely even full...it just all exploded out of the side. I guess poop doesn't really follow the laws of physics. As you can see in the photo above...he seemed pretty happy about the whole thing.

I am so strong!

Isaac is getting so strong. He is getting very good at holding his head up and has even recently started reaching for toys. It is all very exciting for me. Its pretty funny how excited I can get about a little hand reaching for a toy. Oh the joys of motherhood.
