St. Augustine

I promise these are the last of the FL pics. These are from a visit that we took to St. Augustine one day when we were down there. It is by far my favorite city in FL that I have ever been to. So quaint. So cute!!

My mom and Isaac riding on the tram around St. Augustine.
Flagler College.

Right outside of a fort that is the oldest building in Americal, built in the 1500's.

Happy boy!!

The Foot Rub

So...I'm still posting some pics from when we were in FL. These are some good ones. Background goes like this - my mom LOVES getting foot rubs, or arm rubs, or leg rubs, whatever. When we were little she used to pay us to rub her feet. So, one night when we were in FL, she was begging for either me or Dan to rub her feet and she was offering to pay. I was way too tired and totally NOT interested. Dan said he would only do it for $100 for 20 minutes. Finally my mom agreed to those terms. Below are the pics...
My mom in anxious anticipation of the foot rub. Hoping that she would get her money's worth.

THE FOOT RUB! At the end of the whole thing he ended up telling my mom she didn't have to pay him after all.

Daytona Beach

If you have never been to Daytona Beach before, it is a pretty strange place. It feels like it hit it's prime around 1962, and then again maybe around 1982, and since then has pretty much gone down hill. Despite our surroundings being the mullet capital of the world and some of the worst FL weather you can imagine, we tried to make the best of the situation.

Isaac hanging out pool side at our luxurious villa...hahahaha.
While exploring we happened upon the Ponce Inlet lighthouse, one of the most redeeming parts of Daytona Beach. One of the oldest and tallest light houses in the country. My beautiful mommy standing in front of the beautiful light house.

Grandma and her little Budgie (that is what grandma calls Isaac).
Two cuties!!
