Coming Home from the hospital

Since we brought Lily home Isaac's favorite thing to do with her is kiss her. One of his few words is baby and he says it all the time. As soon as he wakes up he is asking where the baby is. And he always tries to pull himself up to peek over the edge of her little crib.

Our Newest Addition...

On friday night Dan and I went into the hospital because I was having contractions and three hours later Lily Belle Orr was born. She was born at 10:21pm, Oct. 17th. She weighed 7lbs 2ozs. Right when she was born she inhaled amniotic fluid into her lungs a condition called ITT. She had to go right to the NICU and spent the next three days there. She is now doing great and came home with us yesterday. Isaac has been adjusting VERY well, giving his sister lots and lots of kisses and always asking about the baby (one of the few words that he can say). We are VERY much enjoying our new precious little girl. Below are some pics of us in the hospital with lily and her first meeting with her little brother.

I like to have fun!

It's great to be 16 months. I can do so many fun things. I wanted to show you some fun things that I like to do. Above you can see that I am playing with the maracas. The rest of my merengue band is about to show up for practice.
I also love to ride on my brother Bear. He is a very nice doggy and always lets me ride on his back.
Sometime even the simplest things can be fun, like walking around the table.
EATING!!! Hooray for eating. I have fun eating all the time!

This is probably my most fun activity. I love balls. I will walk around the house all day long just saying "ball" over and over and over and over. I never get sick of playing with balls. They are my favorite toy.
Nana was here for a visit and taught me to wear these rings as bracelets...very fun!
I like to drive my car around the house and sing along with the songs that it plays. I like to drive in style...hence my dino jammies and matching bracelets.
Hanging out with mommy is always fun.
And hanging out with nana is also lots of fun!

Apple Picking

One of my FAVORITE fall things to do is apple picking. This past saturday I got to go with a bunch of friends. The weather was beautiful and Isaac and I had so much fun!!
