Merry Christmas Eve!

Christmas is soooooo much fun!! I especially love that my mommy dresses me up in the most rediculous little outfits. I tried to tell her, "I'm a baby, I'm not santa."
Ok mommy...I'll forgive you. You're lucky that I decided to pose in this picture with you. It's really only becuase MJ is in the background. One day I'm going to play basketball like that.
This picture proves the point that Santa not only makes toys and delivers toys, but santa mostly really enjoys playing with toys.

Overall Friday is BACK!

Thanks to my Aunt Katie, overall friday is back!! For awhile there, I just didn't feel like myself. Friday would come and go, no overalls. Now I have them again and I LOVE IT!!

My First Young Life Camp

Isaac got to spend some time at his first YL camp, Timberwolf Lake, MI. It was a super fun weekend with lots of snow and lots of kids and not lots of sleep.Sheila is a good friend of mine who came with me on the weekend to help out with Isaac.
Isaac got lots of attention all weekend long. Him and China got along very well.

Believe it or not, this little jacket was worn by Dan about 29 years ago. Still looks great!! Just think maybe another little Orr will be wearing it 29 years from now.

Fun with visitors!!

First of all, YEAH my computer is finally fixed!!!

Second of all, at the begining of December we got to have lots of visitors, which was soooo much fun!!
Dan's friend Welsh and his wife stopped in Wheaton on their way to Honey Rock Camp, where they will be living for the next year. We got to spend a fun day in the city and even visit Uncle Pish for a yummy lunch at Qdoba.

Then, we got some cincinnati visitors. Mike and Gail came for a long weekend. We had lots of fun chilling, shopping, eating, hanging out at starbucks (all of America's favorite passtimes.)
Gail is probably the most snuggly person that I know. We like to call Gail and Mike the snuggle couple.

Technical Difficulties

So...I have been wanting to post some pics and stories lately, but I have been having some major technical difficulties. Basically my computer has a huge horrible virus. It is the worst. It looks like I will be able to save most of my files, but will need to totally reformat my computer. Yesterday when I was on the phone with the Geek Squad (seriously) I actually started crying. I haven't been able to use it for over a week now and I'm actually really really really wanting to throw it out the window, drive over it with my car, pour gasoline all over it and light it with a match. Just being honest.

Since I don't have pics to share with you (because of my computer), I'll just have to tell you a story.

I took Isaac to the Doctor today and there were a few things to note. He is 6 months old. He weighs 16 lbs (25 percentile), and is 27 inches (75 percentile). Last night we were watching our friends' daughter Addison. She is two weeks older than Isaac, but much more advanced. She can almost crawl (Isaac just likes to lay on his back, if we place him on his belly he rolls immediately back onto his back). She spins all around in the baby Einstien thing (Isaac just sits there and touches whatever is in front of him). She can grab tons of toys and turn them all around and I bet if you put her in front of a piano she could play motzart, Isaac just likes to hold onto his passie and maybe a toy here and there. Anyway, I was talking about this to the doctor. He said not to worry. And then he added, that for Isaac's age he has more hair than any other baby he has ever seen. Sweet. So we might not have a baby that can crawl or do other cool baby things, but we do have a long haired, talking baby, that likes to lie on his back and isn't that interested in moving around. But...he is our iBaby. Some peole have iPods, iPhones, iBooks, but we have Isaac, our iBaby and we love him more than we know what to do with!!

This isn't the "best" pic, but it is sooooooo Isaac. Since he was born he LOVES to lay this way - with his hands behind his head. It always cracks Dan and I up. I think that he had enough of the photo shoot by this point.

The weekend after thanksgiving Dan and I got to go my friend Christy's wedding. She is a friend from highschool and college. BEAUTIFUL WEDDING...BEAUTIFUL COUPLE!!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING...a little late

So, for the past 2 or three weeks I've actually started getting used to this mushy stuff that my mommy feeds to me, but then on thanksgiving she pulled out the good stuff. And I mean yummy yummy yummy. It's called sweet potatoes. And, now I have a reason to be thankful!

Oh....and one more thing...eat sweet potatoes with caution...they can give you and orange mustache...not too cool with the ladies.

I love to snuggle. IT is one of my favorite things to do. Aunt Lolo always wants to snuggle with me. I think it's because of my hot bod.
I call my grandma nana clause. Because she's my nana, and because she always gives me so many gifts.

Bath Fun

I have officially graduated to the REAL bathtub. And, I even get to have my own little bath chair. It's the coolest invention ever. I get to sit and relax in the bath tub while mommy does all the work and cleans me up. As you can also see, I've put on some weight. You gotta keep warm in the winter some how.

So...I am pretty proud of myself and I had to let you all know about my new talane. I CAN SIT UP...not to be confused with spit up...I learned to do that a long time ago.

A good friend of mine (Dan Nicholas) asked me if I could do him a favor by letting him come over and take some pics of Isaac. He is a photographer by hobby. So it worked out pretty well for both of us. He actually took over 500 pics and there are so many great ones...here are a few of my favorites. more to come soon...

My First Meal

My mommy just did something really wierd. I think that she might be confused. I'm really hungry, but instead of my usual milk meal, she is putting this wierd hard smooth thing in my mouth with mush on it. Seriously mommy, what the heck are you doing?? Look at me...I don't like this stuff at all!!
Someone, anyone, help me!!! I really think that my mommy has lost it!! WHAT IS SHE DOING????
What do I need to do to get you stop!?!? I hate this stuff!
Well...I guess it wasn't THAT bad. But hopefully I won't ever have to do that again.
